Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him. Isaiah 64:4

Living a righteous life demands that we wait on God to nudge, to act, or to answer. Even though we cannot see God, he is moving in us, around us, and through us. We may not understand, most usually we don’t. But through faith, we know that God is faithful, and he will answer us in his time. Our job is to stay the course and wait.

Prayer:  Holy God, calm my spirit so that I can wait for your guidance. Fulfill your purpose in me. Amen.
