Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me? Jeremiah 32:26

Life is full of chaos and struggle. We can become so overwhelmed at times that we have no idea what choice to make. But God is the God of the universe. He created the heavens and the earth. He separated day from night and the seas from the land. He created mankind and every living creature. His power is beyond any other power. Why should we doubt his power in our lives?

When we turn our troubles and doubts over to him, answers will come. Solutions appear around the corner, and peace replaces the chaos of our lives. It is difficult to let go. But shouldn’t we give it a try? After all, is anything too hard for the God of all mankind?

Prayer:  Almighty God, letting go is difficult. Open my heart to trust your power and to know that in your power is the key to all things. Amen.
